Our Story
Given our circumstances of living in different states, we have only been able to keep in touch by the phone or internet... We became Facebook friends, and have kept in touch that way. The first time he asked me to come down to Florida to visit was just about a month after we met. I was hesitant to visit a boy I just met and spent a brief amount of time with in NY. So I declined. He was a gentleman about it and left it at that saying "when you're ready".. We continued talking, and calling one another, and facetiming. I grew to feel more and more like I KNEW him, and more than just the guy on the other side of the phone... He asked me again, about 2 months after the first offer and at that point I was ready. So I visit him, and spent a week in Florida enjoying the sun, the beaches and some well deserved quality face to face time. We shared a few kisses after a few nights of me being there. I felt like a little girl, all excited the first time he kissed me. Then I had to go back to NC. We visit one another more and more, we met one anothers parents, and established a relationship. Distance didn't seem to matter after weve already made it work. Now here we are today.
