The Proposal
The proposal was a HUGE affair. He made it such a big deal, as he should have. :-D Good man. he took me in a hot air balloon at sunset where we actually ATE DINNER. YES the balloon had space for us to sit and have a romantic dinner. Once we landed there was a limo waiting for us. I knew something was happening because of all the fancy events occurring! I was excited. The limo took us to a lounge where we listened to smooth jazz music and enjoyed a few cocktails. Then we left in the limo again and it dropped us off at my grandparents home, which is where we stay currently. In the backyard was the spa surrounded by lit candles, two glasses of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We relaxed and enjoyed our time together but still no question for me. Then got out, showered and went to sleep. The next morning I wake up to breakfast in bed and a note saying "Come downstairs when you're finished - babe". I finished my meal, went downstairs and found BOTH of our families hanging out in the living room with cameras out and Chad on his knee. He gave a love speech and proposed right there. It was seriously the best thing that has ever happened to me.
