For over 21 years we have been offering affordable, top quality bartending services for weddings. We consist of highly trained and licensed professional bartenders to pour you, and all of your guests, your favorite mixed drinks, beer, wine and champagne.
Our staff are all licensed with WSLCB Class 12 Mixologist Permits, as well, we are Liquor Liability Insured. Our staff and servers will be dressed appropriately in professional black attire. We come equipped with bottle openers, wine openers, shakers and everything else necessary for a fully functioning bar, you just provide the beverages that you want served. Because the client provides all beverages, we do not apply any markups or corkage fees, which in turn saves you money. Buying your own beverages allows for you to also save money by taking advantage of case discounts.
For your wedding of up to 135 guests, we can accommodate you with one bartender for beer and wine. If you have less guests, say up to 100 or so, one bartender can serve mixed drinks, beer, and wine. We require two bartenders for events up to 200 guests. For larger events, additional bartenders may be requested. We will arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to the event in order to set up the bar and ice down the beverages. At the end of the event, there tends to be a lot of unopened extra bottles that in most cases you can return and get your money back.
2016 Cost and Terms:
Beer, wine and champagne service:
($38/hr for Each additional bartender)
(1 bartender is provided for fewer than 135 guests at a rate of $49/hour)
Mixed drinks, beer, wine and champagne service:
($44/hr for each additional bartender)
(1 bartender is provided for fewer than 100 guests at a rate of $55/hour)
We do require a 4 hour minimum which starts 1 hour prior to the start time of your event. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date with the balance due at time of service. 20% gratuity will be added.
