What We Do
We are a full service music agency that books and manages DJ's and bands that entertain weddings, socials, parties and any other type of celebration nationwide. The company also manages and develops event locations or venues. We organize many events that our DJ's and bands are performing for. In tandem with these services, WEC supports their label, Bigshot Records, by managing, creating and organizing events for Bigshot Records artists.
Our FOUR primary services:
- Successfully matching clients with live bands and party DJ’s for both public and private affairs, including weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events and partys and wedding receptions.
- Management and support of specific party entertainment bands and live music bands.
- Representation and promotion of independent entertainment bands and party DJ’s performing in MD, DC and VA, signed by the agency
- Connecting clients with additional support services that have proven (to us) to be superior in the business, such as photography, videography and lighting

Bands:
Nexus - Rock & Roll of the 70s, 80s, and 90s Mixed with Modern Pop, Original Rock Compositions and a Touch of Swing.
4West - A contemporary R&B and Pop music band composed of 4 talented musicians from the Baltimore/Washington, DC area who were brought together in 2013 by lead singer Kyana Graham to assemble a band that could put on a show fit for a party and featuring the best in party music.
Escapade - A high-energy, dance music, show band that will take you from Motown, through the 80’s and culminate in a “dance-til-you-drop” groove fest of today’s hits. This 10 piece show delivers driving dance beats, sizzling horns and five vocalists representing the gamut of styles through the biggest hits from every era.
NightLife - A high-energy band that will liven up any occasion. NightLife's most largely received compliment is, "you all look like you are having so much fun!" And we are! We offer the perfect mix of excellent entertainers to keep the crowd on the dance floor, and an extensive song list which allows us to tailor each event to the musical preferences of each individual client.
The Moonlighters® - Since 1990, they have been performing throughout the United States as one of the country's best-loved and most authentic variety bands. Averaging over one hundred appearances per year, The Moonlighters® offer affordable quality, specializing in weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and concerts, with an emphasis on strong, soulful vocals and solid instrumentation.
