Greg Ceo has shot over 300 weddings, from the secluded beaches of Lake Michigan to the bustling streets of New York City. After graduating from fine arts high school Interlochen Arts Academy, Greg received his BFA in Photography from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and his MFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design.
Greg’s style is a mix of photojournalism and traditional portraiture. His images are honest, subtle, elegant and timeless. Greg is a calming presence at weddings who gets all the important shots without making a scene.
Originally from Wheeling, WV, Greg now resides in Savannah, GA with his wife and Studio Manager Michelle and their 6 year old son, Oliver. Greg is a full-time professor of Photography at the Savannah College of Art & Design, where he teaches Portraiture, Fashion Photography, and Business Practices. He also serves as a consultant to American Photo Magazine, and writes regularly for their Photo Biz column.
In addition to shooting weddings and teaching, Greg is a professional commercial and editorial photographer, who has shot national advertising campaigns. Past clients include: Citibank, Ford Motor Company, Nexium, Lipitor, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, Savannah Air Center, and The Sanderling Resort.
