This unique home was designed, decorated, furnished and staffed for large-scale entertaining and luxurious oceanfront living. It is available for special events to responsible and discerning individuals who will respect it as if it was their own. Understanding this, here are some of the many features that distinguish this property from the other luxury venues in Baja and Southern California.
Prime Location
Ideally located on the ocean in the small, safe private cobblestone enclave of San Antonio del Mar, this home is just 12 miles south of the US border; 40 minutes from the San Diego airport and 30 minutes from the Tijuana airport. Transport to/from the US is available, including a several 14-passenger Mercedes vans. UBER operates in the area and professional drivers are also available.
San Antonio del Mar provides many unique amenities that you will be hard pressed to find in other nearby locales including several restaurants (American sports bar/grille, seafood, high end gourmet and sushi/tapas); live entertainment venues (rock and roll, popular female vocalist); a convenience store, pool, park and tennis ’s gates and easy walking distance. The Real del Mar Golf Resort & Spa is just across the road. It has two restaurants and a very cool late-night Cuban bar/humidor. Rosarito Beach is five miles away (as well the Wal-Mart, Home and Office Depots, McDonalds’s, etc.) and many great restaurants. Several restaurants deliver. Downtown Tijuana is just 20 minutes away and it has many highly regarded restaurants. The Guadalupe Valley vineyards are only 50 minutes south, with Ensenada just ten minutes further.
Great Design & Layout
This home’s fourteen rooms and ≈ 7,000 sq. ft. of living space are distributed over five levels (see below), each having an en suite bedroom (with four having ocean views). It comfortably sleeps ten in three king, and two queen, beds. A large piano bar/lounge comfortably seats 15+ guests to watch a movie or projection-screen presentation. A pool room, sauna, steam room, gym and wine cellar are nearby. Designed for large-scale entertaining, this property is directly across from the five Coronado Islands, which serve as the centerpiece of a jaw-dropping view from almost anywhere on the property. Some 2,500 sq. ft. of ocean-facing deck is distributed over three levels such that even with a 12’ by 12’ dance floor the decks easily accommodate 150+seated guests. The design and sheer size of the home make possible both the convenience of being together and privacy. You will never feel crowded; but you may have trouble finding other guests on occasion.
Full-Service Turn-Key Environment
This offering includes daily housekeeping service and a full-time bi-lingual house manager who can make breakfast, chauffeur guests to town or arrange any type of dining/entertainment function. A trustworthy staff having experience facilitating parties onsite is available as well as the area's most popular vocalists, DJs and instrumentalists; security and valet attendants, bartenders, servers, photographers and (drone) videographers. Catering by the area’s best restaurants, most having experience at this venue, is available as well as the ability to source whatever delicacy you wish.

Attached is a typical seating arrangement for an ocean-side dinner party for 150 guests on three levels. As you can see, as it relates to entertaining at this property, it’s all under control.
Reliability & Security
This is a very reliable facility that was built and equipped to US standards wherever possible. There are two water heaters (each capable of six back to back hot showers); a large LP gas supply tank; an 80 gallon reserve water supply (able to service six weekenders should the municipal water service fail); seven gas fireplaces and five mini-fridges conveniently located throughout. Although the neighborhood is a private gated community it is patrolled by local police 24/7/365.
Creature Comforts
The home has 150+ lights on dimmers for very effective mood lighting. The mattresses are high-end US brands including two that are memory foam. High-speed Internet access (via portable hot spots) and nine TVs are located throughout the home, all connected to DISH (featuring HBO, Showtime, Starz and other premium channels, PPV events and XM-Sirius radio). Each level has its own sound system with premium vintage audio equipment that interface via Bluetooth or XM-Sirius feed. Ocean access is available via the staircase next door. The home has two full kitchens.
Luxury Accommodations
This home is tastefully furnished in an elegant yet comfortable modern style. Its architectural elements include floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a central staircase that connects all five levels and floors of marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, mahogany and carpeted bedrooms. The home features paintings from a local artist and many other decorative pieces. There are more than three dozen full-size tropical plants throughout the home. The surf, sand, sky, sun, moon and stars are all in full view from everywhere in this roomy, clean and well cared for home; a relaxing place to enjoy a beautiful ocean view, the sounds of crashing waves, dolphin shows and sunsets that create memories. This is an elegant home where anyone would be proud to host a very special event.
Suitability
This venue is well suited for families/friends wanting a relaxing yet elegant setting to have a special event such as a wedding, reunion, birthday, baptism, baby shower, B-Mitzvah, celebration of life, anniversary, vow renewal, sweet sixteen/quinceañera party, graduation, holiday gathering, weekend get-a-way or vacation. It is also suited for an organization/business looking to host an upscale meeting, executive retreat, awards dinner, retirement/farewell party, gala, promotion, fundraiser, political gathering, fashion show, lady’s lunch/dinner. It may possibly be available for a bachelor/bachelorette party, movie shoot, dance party, sports event viewing or commercial event. Pets, very young children and unruly adults are frowned upon.
Availability & Cost
This property is available to qualified individuals/organizations as follows:
Non-Holiday:f $1,250 per weekday/evening; $2,250/weekend day/night or $6,500/week.
Holiday: $2,250 per weekday/evening; $2,450/weekend day/night or $12,750/week.
A cleaning fee of $300 will apply plus a special events fee of $2,000 if applicable.
● A security deposit of $3,000 is required.
The cost of added staff; transportation; special service needs and catering will be extra, but fair. By example, depending upon the gathering size, a complete six-course oceanfront dinner party with live entertainment, servers, a bartender and full bar should cost between $25 and $35/guest.
