Q. Do I need to know the itinerary in order to make a reservation?
A. No. Make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability. We can always change your itinerary.
Q. Is there a deposit required to make a reservation? Will my credit card be charged?
A. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation. The balance is due on the date of service.
Q. Do you have availability?
A. Yes! However, your credit card will not be charged in the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your reservation.
Q. What do we do after our reception? We just need a ride from the reception for the Bride and Groom.
A. Consider our "Getaway Car Service" for a one-way post-reception transfer. See below for details.
Charges are accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final drop-off. Charges for extra time will be billed the the credit card used for the reservation.
Generally speaking there is no hourly minimum. We can provide services for as little as a transfer or up to a multi-day event. There are, however, some blackout dates which do require an hourly minimum. Please inquire for more information.
All limousines offer hands free intercom systems for communicating with your driver during the trip. Also, all chaffeurs carry cell phones so that you may contact them for additional pick-ups throughout the day.
