Many couples will consider cutting video when budget becomes a factor.
We want to strongly discourage that. Video is the only media that will allow you to hear your vows or listen to the toasts. For example the “Reception” there will be soo many things going on you will definitely miss a few of them like guests wanting to say a few words to you as well as the organized line dances. They say a picture is worth a thousand words & we say a video will take you back in time.
Let us give you a break down of the day.
We start with the Primary videographer filming the “getting ready”
shots with the bride and bridesmaids while the secondary videographer hangs with the groom and groomsmen. We come together for the ceremony setting up multiple cameras. After the ceremony while one videographer follows you to take photos with our photographer, the other videographer proceeds to the reception site to capture those detail shots. During the reception as the primary videographer focus his attention on you, the second videographer can focus more on your guests, filming comments and stories that we can later share on the online DVD.

AVActions is dedicated to creating lasting memories that capture the special moments you cannot plan. A good photographer will allow you to remember your wedding day; AVActions seizes the emotion and imprints it into each image. Our purpose is to never let you forget how you felt the day you dedicated yourselves to each other. AVActions is all about the freezing moments… moments that the Bride and Groom didn’t even notice.
The moments that you look back on and tell stories about for years to come. Photos are all you have left of that day… you’ll frame them, share them, and with us… you’ll love them! AVA photos are relied on to help you and your loved ones relive your magical day.
Disc Jockey (DJ)
It’s PARTY TIME. Now that we have finished the amazing ceremony it is time to let our DJ’s get you loose. Receptions are meant to be entertaining and fun filled so we want to make sure you have the proper DJ for your event. We will work closely with you on all the detail of events for your reception from the ground up. Our DJ’s have years of experience in the entertainment industry and want to keep you and your guests on the dance floor until the last dance.
Your MC will keep keep your celebration moving at a consistent space to prevent that dreaded “dead time”. As MC will serve as the greeter and host of your celebration keeping your guests informed on your evening festivities, and serve as the “go-to” person for your vendors so you may be able to enjoy your wedding day. Coordinating is the most important role as MC, and we will always be two steps ahead of toasts, dances, and everything else that makes your wedding special.
Your DJ The most important part, its time to dance! We provide a fun mix for everyone to enjoy. Some oldies but goodies and top 40 hits to create a fun and diverse mix. Our goal is to keep you on the dancefloor
moving until the last dance. We also are happy to incorporate your
requests to further personalize your music experience.
