Is it too much to leave town?

I'm the MOH in my best friend's wedding and really want to have the bachelorette party out of town. The only problem is, the wedding itself is out of town and I don't want to put to much travel pressure on the bridal party. Leaving kids, missing work, etc. Should i be concerned with traveling for the BP or does it not even matter?

I would simply find out what it is the Bride wants to whether she minds the BP being out of town or you dont have to give up the surprise, or tell her what you're doing. Just check to see if she's cool with it.
