I have only been on one cruise. I do get motion sickness so was very concerned about how miserable it could have been. I purchased my own Dramamine before I left, and it ended up being enough. If that is not enough, the ships doctor has supplies for motion sickness onboard. It is just a small patch they put behind your ear, about the size of those little round band aides.
