If we hired someone to take our wedding photos, and all of their images were AMAZING on their website, but ours turned out HORRIBLE, whats the best way to go about getting a refund? Or is there any sort of false advertising case here?

The reason for why the pictures were better on the website is because he uplouded his best pictures. It's a shame that something like this happened at your wedding because with pictures we remember our great moments.
