What’s it like having a wedding in the Colorado mountains?

I've always loved the idea of getting married somewhere surrounded by mountains and nature. Colorado seems like such a beautiful place for an outdoor wedding. I imagine the views would be amazing, but I'm curious about the practical side of things too. How do people usually deal with changing weather, and is planning an outdoor ceremony there easier than it seems? Would love to hear from anyone who's had that experience!
