Full Planning
Complete and total assistance throughout the planning process.
Our most comprehensive planning package that includes everything in our Month-of and Partial Planning Packages. It also includes everything from budget analysis, venue sourcing, and vendor contacting to venue researching, contacting and securing. We will assist you with contract negotiations, as well as, attend vendor meetings with you or for you.
Partial Planning
In addition to everything in our Month-of Package, our Partial Planning starts shortly after the time of engagement and supplies design and styling help. We will guide you in choosing trustworthy vendors, as well as, help formulate your ideas and visions into one cohesive design plan. you will be provided with full access to our vendor lists, to-do lists and timelines, and professional advice whenever you need it.
Month-of Coordination
We will meet with you 2 months before your wedding to gain clarity about your vision, in order to craft a detailed day-of timeline for you and your vendors so everyone follows the same schedule and flow of your wedding day. We will also manage your ceremony rehearsal. Come your wedding day, your vendors will contact only us so you can relax and we will assist in small decor set-up, ceremony coordination, and timeline management.
