Gallery J - Reception Locations & Venues

Our rental rate is $150.00 per hour (per studio)
Most prefer to lease both studios as a unit, which is a rate of $300.00 per hour.
(5 hour minimum of both on Saturdays)
Include the time you will need to set up before your party & clean up after the party
when calculating your hours needed.
( "unlock" to "lock up" )
This fee includes a gallery representative who will be on site for your convenience.

A (non-refundable) $200.00 deposit (per studio) is required to reserve your date,
and will be applied to your balance due.

A $100.00 post-event clean up and maintenance fee per studio covers battery replacements for lighting effects, and detailed cleaning such as wet mopping the floors, polishing the tables, wiping the chairs, cleaning the glass, laundering the tablecloths,etc. & the products needed to do so.


One day event insurance is required to host a party at the gallery; for most events it will usually cost $100.00, or you may be able to get it from your homeowner's insurance company, or your caterer may provide it.


A security deposit of $321.00 is required--to be returned after the event-- provided no damages were incurred and your event is concluded on time. If your event runs over, the deposit will be applied to the amount due.

All fees, including security deposit must be paid at least 30 days prior to your event date, or it can be subject to cancellation.

We can seat up to 100 guests for a ceremony with a cocktail style reception,
or 40 guests with formal dining tables together in one room for a reception.
All set up and removal is to be done the same day of the event -- immediately before and after your event.

All city, County, and State alcoholic beverage control laws and regulations must be abided by. Caterers must supply a copy of their current business license, liability and bonding insurance to Gallery J prior to the event date in order to operate within the premises.

No smoking inside the gallery studios or restrooms.
No food or drinks are to be placed on the piano.
No food or trash is to be left in the gallery
(after event and must be deposited in our parking lot dumpster)
